Unicorns magic

Cloven hoofed, long spiral horn

Beautiful, chaste, pure.

Unicorns prancing

Intemperance, fair maidens

Sleep now, they are near.

Unicorns hunted

Medieval, mystical lore

Run forever free.

  3. I’ve always loved unicorns. My longstanding character Henry, whom I’ve been with since I was about seven years old, even has the surname Unicorn-MItchell. I was delighted to discover Einhorn is a fairly common German surname, and that Eenhorn is a fairly common Dutch surname. One of Henry’s ancestors could’ve translated the name into English after coming to the U.S., and thus Unicorn was born.
